Hedonism is the pursuit of self-indulgence or the ethical theory that pleasure (in the sense of the satisfaction of desires) is the highest good and proper aim of human life. Essentially, it is the theory that we should do whatever makes us the happiest. Further research into this word showed a repetition of other topics such as luxury or the curves of a human body. After finishing the research, it was obvious that the design for this table needed to focus on curvy forms, soft edges, smooth surfaces, comfort and have a slick, clean look.
